These deadlines are communicated as an indication. Any overrun shall not give rise to damages, withholding or cancellation of the order by the Buyer.

4-2 Customs duties

These customs duties and taxes, if any, related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the Buyer. The Seller is not obliged to check and inform the Buyer of the applicable customs duties and taxes. To find out about them, the Seller advises the Buyer to check with the competent authorities in his country.

4-3 Quality or compliance problems

In the event of delivery of a product that does not correspond to the order (damaged or non-conforming), the Buyer must make a complaint within 7 days of signing the delivery note.
Complaints should be addressed to the Seller's Customer Service Department, and should include:

All risks related to the return of the product are at the Buyer's expense.
If the above procedure is not followed and the time limits indicated are not respected, the Buyer will not be able to make any claim for non-conformity or apparent defect of the products delivered, the products being then deemed to be in conformity and free of any apparent defect.

5- Force majeure

Neither party shall have failed to fulfil its contractual obligations to the extent that their performance is delayed, hindered or prevented by an act of God or force majeure. An act of God or force majeure shall be deemed to be any irresistible fact or circumstance, external to the parties, unforeseeable, unavoidable, independent of the will of the parties and which cannot be prevented by the latter, despite all reasonably possible efforts. The party affected by such circumstances shall notify the other party within ten working days of becoming aware of them. The two parties shall then, within one month, unless the force majeure event makes it impossible, meet to examine the impact of the event and agree on the conditions under which the performance of the contract shall be continued. Expressly, the following are considered to be cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, in addition to those usually retained by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals: the blocking of means of transport or supply, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning; the stoppage of telecommunication networks or difficulties specific to telecommunication networks external to the customers.

6 - Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect damage that may arise from the purchase of the products.

7 - No partial validation

If one or more of the provisions of these general terms and conditions are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions will retain all their force and scope.

8 - Non-waiver

The fact that one of the parties does not avail itself of a breach by the other party of any of the obligations referred to in these general terms and conditions shall not be interpreted for the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.

9 - Title

In case of difficulty of interpretation between any of the headings in the clauses and any of the clauses, the headings shall be declared non-existent.

10 - Applicable law

In the event of a dispute or claim, the consumer shall first contact the Seller to obtain an amicable solution.
